院前急救护理结合绿色通道对急性心肌梗死患者的抢救效果

目的探讨院前急救护理结合绿色通道对急性心肌梗死患者的抢救效果。方法以我院2015年1月至2016年4月收治的实施常规急诊护理的40例急性心肌梗死患者作为对照组,2016年6月至2018年12月收治的实施院前急救护理结合绿色通道的40例急性心肌梗死患者作为观察组,比较两组的救治时间、并发症发生率以及病死率。结果观察组的住院时间、急救反应时间、心肌再灌注时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的并发症发生率、病死率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论院前急救护理结合绿色通道可缩短急性心肌梗死患者的救治时间,降低并发症发生率和病死率,提高抢救效果。

Rescue Effect of Pre-Hospital Emergency Nursing Combined with Green Channel on Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction

Objective To explore the rescue effect of pre-hospital emergency nursing combined with green channel on patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods 40 cases of AMI patients admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to April 2016 who received regular emergency nursing were selected as the control group,and 40 cases of AMI patients admitted to our hospital from June 2016 to December 2018 who received pre-hospital emergency nursing combined with green channel were selected as the observation group.The rescue time,incidence of complications and fatality rate were compared between two groups.Results The hospitalization time,emergency response time and myocardial reperfusion time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the incidence of complications and fatality rate of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Pre-hospital emergency nursing combined with green channel can shorten the rescue time,reduce the incidence of complications and fatality rate,and improve the rescue effect of patients with acute myocardial infarction.
