更昔洛韦眼用凝胶联合干扰素α-2b治疗上皮型单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎的疗效观察

目的探讨使用更昔洛韦眼用凝胶+干扰素α-2b治疗上皮型单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎(HSK)的效果。方法选取我院2018年2月至2019年2月收治的70例上皮型HSK患者为研究对象,随机分为两组各35例。对照组单用更昔洛韦眼用凝胶治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用重组人干扰素α-2b滴眼液治疗。比较两组的治疗效果,治疗前后视力,治疗期间不良反应,以及疾病复发情况。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为97.14%,显著高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05)。治疗2周与4周后,两组的视力均较治疗前提高,且观察组的视力均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的不良反应发生率、随访复发率分别为2.86%、0.00%,均显著低于对照组的17.14%、11.43%(P<0.05)。结论更昔洛韦眼用凝胶联合干扰素α-2b治疗上皮型HSK的效果显著,可显著提高视力,且患者治疗期间的不良反应发生率及随访复发率均较低。

Observation on the Efficacy of Ganciclovir Eye Gel Combined with Interferonα-2b in the Treatment of Epithelial Herpes Simplex Keratitis

Objective To explore the effect of ganciclovir eye gel+interferonα-2 b in the treatment of epithelial herpes simplex keratitis(HSK).Methods 70 patients with epithelial HSK admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were selected as research objects,and randomly divided into two groups,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ganciclovir eye gel only,while the observation group was treated with recombinant human interferonα-2 b eye drops on the basis of the control group.The curative effect,the vision before and after treatment,the adverse reactions during treatment,and the recurrence of disease were compared between two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment of observation group was 97.14%,significantly higher than 80.00%of control group(P<0.05).After 2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment,the visual acuity of the two groups improved significantly,and the visual acuity of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate during follow-up of observation group were 2.86%and 0.00%respectively,significantly lower than 17.14%and 11.43%of control group,respectively(P<0.05).Conclusions Ganciclovir eye gel combined with interferonα-2 b in the treatment of epithelial HSK has significant effect,which can obviously improve vision,and has low incidence of adverse reactions during treatment and low recurrence rate during follow-up.
