丙戊酸钠联合拉莫三嗪治疗老年癫痫的临床疗效及安全性观察

目的探讨丙戊酸钠联合拉莫三嗪治疗老年癫痫的临床疗效及安全性。方法回顾性分析我院2017年6月至2019年3月收治的98例老年癫痫患者的临床资料,根据治疗方法分为两组。对照组58例使用丙戊酸钠治疗,观察组40例在对照组基础上给予拉莫三嗪治疗,比较两组的临床疗效和不良反应。结果治疗后,观察组的治疗总有效率为77.5%,显著高于对照组的51.7%(P<0.01)。治疗后,观察组的长期记忆、短期记忆和瞬时记忆评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。两组的不良反应发生率无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论丙戊酸钠联合拉莫三嗪能够有效降低癫痫发作次数,改善患者认知功能且不增加不良反应。

Clinical Efficacy and Safety of Valproate Combined with Lamotrigine in the Treatment of Elderly Epilepsy

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of valproate combined with lamotrigine in the treatment of elderly epilepsy.Methods The clinical data of 98 elderly patients with epilepsy admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to March 2019 were analyzed retrospectively.All cases were divided into two groups according to the treatment methods.58 cases of the control group were treated with valproate,and 40 cases of the observation group were treated with valproate combined with lamotrigine.The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of treatment of observation group was 77.5%,significantly higher than 51.7%of control group(P<0.01).After treatment,the scores of long-term memory,short-term memory and transient memory of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.01).No statistical difference was found between the two groups in the incidence of adverse reactions(P>0.05).Conclusions Valproate combined with lamotrigine can effectively reduce the frequency of seizures,improve the cognitive function of patients without increasing adverse reactions.
