PDCA循环管理对头位异常产妇分娩知识认知及母婴预后的影响

目的探讨PDCA循环管理对头位异常产妇分娩知识认知及母婴预后的影响。方法80例头位异常产妇随机均分为两组,对照组给予常规护理,实验组在对照组基础上进行PDCA循环管理,比较两组的分娩知识认知、分娩方式、母婴结局以及护理满意度。结果实验组的分娩知识认知评分、阴道分娩率、护理满意度均显著高于对照组,胎盘早剥、产后出血、子痫、新生儿窒息发生率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论PDCA循环管理利于提高头位异常产妇的分娩知识认知,改善母婴预后。

The Effect of PDCA Circulation Management on the Cognition of Childbirth Knowledge and the Maternal and Infant Prognosis of Parturient Women with Abnormal Head Position

Objective To explore the effect of PDCA circulation management on the cognition of childbirth knowledge and the maternal and infant prognosis of parturient women with abnormal head position.Methods 80 cases of parturient women with abnormal head position were randomly divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the experimental group was given PDCA circulation management on the basis of the control group.The cognition of childbirth knowledge,delivery mode,maternal and infant outcomes and nursing satisfaction degree were compared between two groups.Results The cognition scores of childbirth knowledge,vaginal delivery rate and nursing satisfaction degree of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the incidences of placental abruption,postpartum hemorrhage,eclampsia and neonatal asphyxia were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions PDCA circulation management is helpful to improve the cognition of childbirth knowledge of parturient women with abnormal head position,and improve the maternal and infant prognosis.
