玉米须煎剂对黄疸型肝炎的保护作用

目的：探讨玉米须煎剂对黄疸型肝炎患者的临床疗效。方法：选取临床诊断黄疸型肝炎患者54例。分为：对照组（n=24），予以普通退黄、保肝等治疗；治疗组（n=30），在此基础上加用玉米须煎剂，共治疗14d。动态观察患者肝脏超声影像学改变、总胆红素（Tbil）和丙氨酸转氨酶（ALT）等化验指标的变化。结果：治疗后，与对照组比较，治疗组在退黄、保肝等化验指标及肝脏彩超影像学的恢复率均较高（P〈0．05）。结论：玉米须煎剂能利胆退黄，改善黄疸型肝炎患者的肝功能。

Protective Effect of Stigma Maydis Decoctions on Icteric Hepatitis

Objective： To investigate the effect of stigma maydis decoctions on patients with icteric hepatitis. Method： Fifty-four patients with icteric hepatitis were randomly devided into two groups . Control group （n = 24）were treated with jaundice fade and hepatoprotection. On the basis of these, treatment group（ n = 30） were taken stigma maydis decoctions orally, for 14 days. The changes of liver ultrasonic image and serum levels of Tbil and ALT were observed. Result： After 14 days, the recovery rate of laboratory parameter and liver ultrasonic image in treatment group were higher than that of control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Stigma maydis has the of cholagogic and janudice fade, effect and can improve liver function.
