胸腔镜在胸椎上腰椎前路手术中的疗效分析

目的观察胸腔镜治疗胸椎上腰椎前路手术的疗效及安全性。方法16例患者在C形臂X线机透视下确认骨折椎体,使用胸腔镜将伤椎切除,椎管减压、植骨内固定术。应用钛夹及超声刀止血。余操作同传统前路手术方法。结果全部病例随访6￣18个月,平均12.5个月,切口均Ⅰ期愈合。7例A级有1例Frankel分级无改变,但感觉平面有所下降,其他6例恢复到D级。2例B级恢复到C级。3例C级恢复到D级。3例D级恢复到E级。1例E级随访期间未出现神经症状。结论胸腔镜在胸椎上腰椎前路手术中疗效满意,并且是安全的。

The effect of the brustwirbel anterior approach by thoracoscopic on the patients with thoracolumbar fracture

Objective To assess the effection and the safty of the anterior surgery by thoracoscopic on the patients with thoracolumbar fracture. Methods 16 cases with thoracolumbar fracturewere scaned under the radiographs.cut off the thoracolumbar fracture,reduced the pressure and implanted primarilywith bone by internal fixator. Results on the following 6~18 months,the incision in all patients had got primary healing.one of the 7 cases with A has no difference,but the lever of feeling have reduced,the others recover to D,B to D was 2,C to D was 3,DtoEwas 3.1 patients with E does not come out the never sydrom.Conclusion It is effective and safty that the anterior approach by thoracoscopic on the patients with thoracolumbar fracture.
