| 摘 要： | 目的：评价超选择性子宫动脉插管灌注化疗及栓塞治疗恶性葡萄胎的临床价值。方法：临床证实的7例恶性葡萄胎，采用Seldinger's法经皮超选择性子宫动脉插管，联合抗癌药物灌注化疗及栓塞治疗。根据复查血HCG、子宫附件B超检查及临床症状改善情况判断疗效并随访。结果：7例患者经随访24个月，均临床治愈。结论：超选择性子宫动脉插管灌注化疗及栓塞治疗恶性葡萄胎的疗效确切，毒副作用较轻，值得临床推广。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate clinical value of superselective-uterine arterial chemotherapy and embolization in the management of malignant grape mole.Methods:7 patients with malignant grape mole were administered to superselective uterine arterial infusions of combining anticarcinogen and embolization with Seldinger's technique.All the patients with clinical diagnosis were evaluated by the findings of ultrasound,clinical symptoms,the changes of blood HCG as well as the follow-up.Results:All the seven patients with malignant grape mole achieved curative effectiveness.The duration of follow-up was up to 24 months.Conclusion:Superselective uterine arterial chemotherapy and embolization in the management of malignant grape mole was effective procedure with slight side-effectiveness,and deserved to be widely used. |
