摘    要:目的:采用近红外光谱技术(NIRS)结合偏最小二乘法(PLS)建立一种女贞子药材中水分含量快速环保的测定方法。方法:利用烘干法测定样品中水分含量,并以其作为参考值,运用近红外漫反射光谱技术采集女贞子的近红外漫反射光谱,结合PLS建立女贞子药材中水分含量的定量分析模型,并用未知样品验证该模型。结果:所建水分定量模型的校正集内部交叉验证相关系数(R2),校正均方差(RMSEC),内部交叉验证均方差(RMSECV)分别为0.986 87,0.199,0.246 41;验证集预测相关系数(R2)与预测均方差(RMSEP)分别为0.956 6和0.220。结论:该方法操作简便,快速无污染,结果准确,可用于女贞子药材中水分含量的快速测定。

Abstract:Objective: To establish a rapid and environmentally-friendly method to determine the moisture content in Ligustri Lucidi Fructus by using near infrared spectroscopy (NIRS) combined with partial least squares (PLS). Method: The reference values of water content in samples were obtained by oven-drying method, and the near infrared spectral data of the samples was collected by Nicolet 6700 NIR spectrograph. Then the quantitative analysis model of moisture content in Ligustri Lucidi Fructus was established by partial least square (PLS) and this model was validated by unknown samples. Result: The correlation coefficient of cross-validation (R2) of the established quantitative model for moisture content was 0.98687;the root-mean-square error of calibration (RMSEC) was 0.199;the root-mean-square error of cross-validation (RMSECV) was 0.24641.The validation set prediction correlation coefficient (R2) was 0.9566, and the root-mean-square error of prediction (RMSEP) was 0.220. Conclusion: This method is simple, rapid, accurate, and non-polluting to determine the content of moisture in Ligustri Lucidi Fructus.
