| 摘 要： | 目的研究针刺治疗对脑梗死大鼠血清蛋白的影响。方法雄性SD大鼠20只,线栓法建立脑梗死模型,其中对照组10只,针刺组10只。针刺后1周,取血清,二维电泳分离蛋白,PDQ软件寻找差异表达的蛋白,用MALD I TOF/TOF串联质谱仪分析蛋白质,所得的质谱图通过GPS软件在MASCOT数据库中检索并鉴定蛋白质。结果针刺后血清中有13种蛋白的表达下调,2种蛋白表达上调。选取3种蛋白进行鉴定,针刺后表达下调的蛋白是血清淀粉样蛋白P,表达上调的是丝氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂和白蛋白。结论针刺可能通过提高丝氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂的表达和肝合成蛋白的功能对脑缺血起保护作用。
