| 摘 要： | 笔者探讨了发达国家医疗卫生体制建立的思想基础，对发达国家医疗卫生体制的模式进行了分析和分类，并深入研究了3个典型的发达国家——英国、加拿大和美国的医疗卫生体制以及部分改革案例，从而揭示其改革和发展趋势，为上海和中国的医疗卫生体制改革提供可借鉴的依据和经验。

| Abstract: | This article discussed theoretical foundations of developed countries establishing their medical and health care systems, analyzed and categorized dominant models, and further researched into systems and reform cases of three typical developed countries-UK, Canada and USA. We concluded several basic trends of development and hope to offer useful evidence and practical experiences to the undergoing health reform in Shanghai and China. |
