某市重复无偿献血者献血特点的分析

目的分析重复无偿献血者献血特点，为制定献血者的组织、教育、动员、招募和保留工作策略，以及建立固定献血者队伍提供科学依据。方法以2000～2006年梧州市献血4次以上自愿无偿献血者为对象，分析该人群的献血特点。结果2000～2004年献血4次的人数逐年增多，2005年开始呈逐年递减趋势，献血5次及以上献血人数则逐年增加（χ^2=62.44，P〈0.005）；随着献血次数的增加，200ml献血人数逐年递减，300、400ml和成分献血人数逐年增加（χ^2=3790.23，P〈0.005），大部分重复无偿献血者在前3次献血中以献血200ml为主；献血次数越多，平均每次献血间隔时间越短（F=42.85，P〈0.01）；单次献血量增加的平均间隔时间，根据单次献血量和所献血液品种情况有明显不同（F=63.49，P〈0.01）；固定献血者人数占重复无偿献血者的比例与献血次数成正比（χ^2=193.83，P〈0.005），在献血6次及以上人群中，固定献血者比例高于非固定献血者。结论根据重复无偿献血者献血规律，做好市场细分工作，有助于建立固定献血者队伍。

Analysis of the Characteristics about Repetitious Blood Donors in a Certain City
