| 摘 要： | 目的了解不同时间、不同年龄儿童肺炎支原体（Mycoylasma pneumonsia，Mp）的感染情况。方法采用明腕疑集法，于2003年1月～2005年12月间共检测儿科门诊患儿3086例。结果儿科门诊患儿抗-Mp—IgM阳性率为39．6％，女患儿阳性率显著高于男患儿。冬春季节（11月～次年4月）发病率较高。随年龄增长，抗Mp—IgM阳性率逐渐增加。结论肺炎支原体感染在儿童呼吸道感染中占有较高比例，阳性率与季节、年龄有关。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the infection of mycoplasma pneumonia in children. Metheds The glutin agglutination reaction was used, and 3 086 patients were detected at paediatric clinic in three years. The diluting power of antibody of mycoplasma pneumonia was more than 1 ： 80, it was a positive sample. Results The positive rate of anti-Mp-IgM was 39. 6%, and it was higher in the girl than that in boy. The positive rate was higher in winter and spring every year. Conclusion Mycoplasma pneumonia was a main pathogen in children with respiratory tract infection,the positive rate was connected with season and age. |
