摄护宁胶囊治疗无菌性前列腺炎的实验研究

目的：明确摄护宁胶囊对无菌性前列腺炎的治疗作用。方法：采用２％琼脂注入大鼠前列腺造成慢性增生性炎症模型，用摄护宁胶囊治疗并用回春通淋丹对照。结果：各用药组炎细胞浸润及纤维组织增生、间质水肿、充血、腺腔扩大、腺上皮破坏均较模型组明显减轻，且治疗组优于对照组。结论：摄护宁胶囊具有明显抗炎、抗纤维化、疏通腺腔腺管、减轻充血、改善微循环、促进腺上皮修复等作用。造模鼠ＴＮＦ明显下降，各用药组恢复正常，说明该药有明显免疫促进作用

Experimental Study on Effect of Herbal Medicine She Hu Ning in Nonbacterial prostatitis

Objective:To investigate the effect of herbal medicine She Hu Ning in experimental nonbacterial prostatitis.Methods:The experimental chronic nonbacterial prostatitis rat models were made by injecting 2% agar into the prostate.All animals were divided into three groups:She Hu Ning group,Huichun Tonglin Dan group and normal saline group.Pathological examination of the prostate was studied under light microscopy and serum INF was determined by radioimmunoassay.Results:The pathological findings in the saline group were inflammatory infiltration,fibroplastic proliferation,mesochymal edema,glandular cavity enlargement,epithelial exuviation,etc The severity was ameliorated in herbal medicine treatment groups Serum INF was significantly lower in the She Hu Ning group,and was normal in the other two groups (P<0.05) .Conclusion:Herbal medicine She Nu Ning has the regulating effect on immune function and inhibiting effect on the inflammation of the prostate.
