| Abstract: | In recent years,as the pharmacokinetics and metabonomics further developed,the research of Chinese medicine exhibits important theoretical significance and practical value.The specific applications of pharmacokinetics and metabonomics to some fields such as mechanism of Chinese medicine,dosage regimen,drug quality control,exploitation of new drugs and improved dosage form,safety and toxicity evaluation,integer efficacy and the relationship between the material basis,Chinese medicine in the body of metabolism fingerprints and others were reviewed.The challenges which the two subjects faced in the present Chinese medicine was summaried.New ideas and methods on modernization of Chinese traditional medicine were provided. |
