| Abstract: | Aim To study the use of micro-invasive hemodynamic monitor in the EGDT on patients with severe sepsis or sepsis shock.Methods 52 patients with severe sepsis or sepsis shock hospitalized in ICU were enrolled.Each subject was tested by micro-invasive hemodynamic monitor at bedside.According to the hemodynamic parameters the treatment was directed,and the clinical settings was recorded.Results By the use of micro-invasive hemodynamic monitor,39 patients achieved the early goal of resuscitation in 6 hours,and non monitor-related complication occurred.Conclusion Non-invasive hemodynamic monitor played an important role in the EGDT on patients with severe sepsis or sepsis shock,which deserved to apply in clinic. |
