| 摘 要： | 作者报告5例肾动脉狭窄高血压,经皮穿刺肾动脉内成形术(PTRA)的临床应用。介绍了操作步骤和方法。经PTRA后5例血压迅速降到正常,但其中1例因双侧多处狭窄于7月后又升到22.66/14.40 kPa,余4例随访达2年,血压正常。PTRA后一周尿蛋白均消失,肾图恢复正常。无明确并发症,优于外科治疗。

| Abstract: | Ia this article 5 patients with renal artery stenosis hypertesion were reported. Percutaneous transluminal renal angioplasty (PTRA) was used in the treatment of all these patients. After PTRA the arterial blood pressure decreased to normal in one or two hours, only in one patient the blood pressure rose again to 22.6/14.4kPa seven months later, because she suffered from bilateral artery multis-teaosis,One week after PTRA the proteinuria disappeared in all the five patients, and the radionuclide renogram normalized.No complications occurred. It is suggested that PTRA in the treatment of renal artery stenosis is far better than surgical managements. |
