高血压病患者药物治疗依从性影响因素的研究

目的]了解高血压患者的药物治疗依从性的影响因素。方法]采用问卷调查法询问了149名高血压病患者的药物治疗依从性及其相关因素。结果]149例高血压患者中有64人药物治疗依从性差,具体情况表现为不能长期坚持服药、不能按照医嘱要求的每天服药次数进行服药、不能按照医嘱的服药量进行服药、以及不能按照医嘱定时服药。多因素Logistic回归分析结果:病人有意中止服药的OR值为7.56,主观健康评估OR值为2.96、工作忙OR值为14.46、就医不方便OR值为12.94,非医务卫生工作OR值为4.71。结论]高血压患者药物治疗依从性差以不能长期服药多见,其影响因素是多方面的,有必要加强对病人的健康教育。以提高治疗的依次性。

STUDY ON INFLUENTIAL FACTORS OF COMPLIANCE TO ANTIHYPERTENSIVE MEDICATIONS

Objective]To explore the influential factors of compliance to antihypertnsive medications.Methods]149 patients with hypertension were inquired with questionnaire about compliance to antihypertensive medications and relevant factors.Results]Of 149 patients with hypertension,64(43.5%)were poor compliance to antihypertnsive medications,which included not being able to comply with antihypertnsive medications permanently,not complying with the times per day,the dosage and the time schedule suggested by doctors. Results of multivariate logistic regression analysis indicated that patient's interrupting treatment on purpose,self-rated health assessment,being busy with job and other affairs,being inconvenient to visit hospitals,and not majoring in healthcare work were significantly associated with antihypertnsive medications. Their odds ratio were 7.56,2.96,14.46,12.94 and 4.71,respectively.Conclusions]It is common for patients not to keep up antihypertnsive medications permanently,which is impacted by multiple factors. To improve the compliance to antihypertensive medications,health education should be strengthened.
