肾上腺皮质激素对纤维素性支气管炎病人的疗效分析

目的观察肾上腺皮质激素在以咯血为主要症状的纤维素性支气管炎病人中的疗效及安全性。方法分析40例以咯血为主要症状的纤维素性支气管炎患者的临床资料，一组为使用肾上腺皮质激素的患者22例（治疗组），另一组为未使用肾上腺皮质激素的患者18例（对照组）。观察两组患者疗效。结果40例患者的一般临床特点差异无统计学意义。入院后第3、4、5、6、7天两组患者的咯血量（ml）分别是（129±34vs163±46），（91±25vs139±31），（62±19VS114±35），（37±12vs96±27）及（19士10vs78±22），P〈0．05。结果显示有统计学差异;两组患者平均住院目（天）分别为11．4±2．6VS15．5±3．7，P〈0．05。结论肾上腺皮质激素可显著减少纤维素性支气管炎病人的咯血量及缩短住院时间，其治疗是有效且安全的。

Clinical effective analysis of corticosteroids in treatment of plastic bronchitis with hemoptysis

Objective To study the effect of corticosteroids in the treatment of plastic bronchitis with hemoptysis. Methods Forty patients with plastic bronchitis in west china hospital were studied and divided into a steroid group （n= 22） treated with glucocorticoids and a non--steroid group （n= 18）. The supportive therapy was uniformly applied to both groups, except for glueocorticoids. The volume of hemoptysis and bronchial casts were evaluated in detail daily. Results There was no difference in the demographic data and variables at baseline between both groups （all P〉0. 05）. On days 3,4,5,6and 7, the volume of hemoptysis （ml） was significantly decreased in the steroid group compared with the non-- steroid group（129±34 vs 163±46）,（91±25 vs 139±31,（62±19 vs 114±3.5）,（37±12 vs 96±27）,（19±10 vs 78±22） all P〈0.05）. The hospitalization days are respectively 11.4±2.6 vs 15.5±3. 7,P〈0. 05. Conclusion Corticosteroids would be effective and safe for the treatment of plastic bronchitis with hemoptysis and can shorten the hospitalization days.
