马桑内酯惊厥对幼鼠脑发育的影响及葡萄糖的保护作用

摘    要:按同源配对法将5日龄大鼠分为葡萄糖处理的惊厥组、氯化钠处理的惊厥组及对照组,腹腔内注射马桑内酯诱发连续性惊厥。3日后测定前脑重量、DNA、蛋白质和胆固醇含量,惊厥时测定前脑~3H-TdR掺入率,此5项脑发育参数,惊厥组较对照组低;氯化钠处理的惊厥组较葡萄糖处理的惊厥组低,而死亡率较高。

Abstract:Experimental successive convulsioninduced by coriaria lactone were conductedon 5-day-old rat to study its damageto immature rat brain development andthe protective effect of glucose administra-tion. With isogenous paired design, theweight of the forebrain,their DNA, proteinand cholesterol content at 8 days of agewere measured for control group and con-vulsion groups treated with saline, or withglucose. The results showed that the aboveparamoters at 8 days of age were less inconvulsion groups than in control group,were less in saline-treated than in glucose-treated lifemates. With ~3H-TdR incorpora-tion test to measure the developing fore-brain DNA synthesis rate during convul-sion, the depression rate in glucose-treatedwere less than in saline-treated lifemates. The results indicated that the developingrat brain is vulnerable to convulsion andglucose treatment by raising slightly theblood glucose level may protect the deve-loping brain against the damaging effectof convulsion.
