创业教育的限制因子分析及创业教育模式的探索

面对着高校毕业生就业创业方面的严峻形势，为构建有效的大学生创业教育模式提供有力依据，文章通过深入调查研究南方几所高校创业教育的微环境和社会的宏环境，同时运用组织生态学理论，通过因子分析方法找出并分析影响高校大学生创业教育的“限制因子”，并对高校的创业教育模式进行了相关的探索，使得创业教育成为高校文化的重要组成部分、使创业教育真正地有利于大学生、高校和社会的发展。
