| 摘 要： | 对1990～2002年44例行保留喉功能切除术的下咽癌患者临床资料进行回顾性分析,44例患者术后并发症发生率为45.4%（20/44）,32例恢复了喉全功能（72.7%,32/44）,出院时42例经口进食,吞咽成功率95.4%（42/44）;3年和5年生存率分别为68.2%（30/44）和45.4%（20/44）。初步研究结果提示,对T1～T2期及精心选择的T3下咽癌病例采用有效的术式,达到保留喉功能、提高患者的生活质量是可行的。

| Abstract: | The results of the conservation laryngectomy in 44 patients with hypopharyngeal carcinoma were retrospected.Severe complication occurred in 20 of 44(45.5%).Complete restoration of laryngeal function was achieved in 32 cases(72.7%)and deglutition restored 95.5%(42/44).The 3-year survival rate was 68.2%(30/44)and 5-year survival rate was 45.5%(20/44).T1-T2 or some meticulous selected T3 laryngectomy and hypopharyngectomy is not only efficacious in the treatment of hypopharyngeal carcinomas,but also reserves laryngeal function and thus improves the quality of patients life. |
