碟脉灵对肺心病心力衰竭的疗效观察

目的 观察碟脉灵注射液对肺源性心脏病心力衰竭的治疗效果.方法 92例患者随机分为两组,对照组给常规药物治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上,用碟脉灵注射液40 ml,加人液体中静脉点滴,1次/d,14 d为1个疗程.结果 治疗组46例,43例有效,总有效率为93.5%.对照组46例,总有效33例,总有效率为71.7%.两组结果比较经统计学处理差异有统计学意义（x^2=7.57,P＜0.01）.结论 在常规治疗基础上加用碟脉灵注射液可有效控制肺心病心力衰竭.

Treating observation of pulmonary heart disease with heart failure by Die-Mailing

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Die-Mailing in treating cases of pulmonary heart disease with heart failure.Methods 92 cases were divided at random into 2 groups:conventional therapy group(46 cases) were treated with Die-Mailing injection on the base of routine therapy.Control group(46 cases) were treated with only routine therapy.Results Effect rate of conventional group was 93.5%(43/46),while the effect rate of control group was 71.7%(33/46).Conclusion The treatment of the Die-Mailing injection based on the conventional treatment can be effective to control pulmonary heart disease and heart failure.
