超声引导浅表淋巴结活检的临床应用

目的 探讨超声引导淋巴结粗针活检（ＣＮＢ）临床应用的价值。方法 对６５例浅表肿大淋巴结进行了超声引导ＣＮＢ。结果 ６３例（９６．９％）可做出明确病理诊断，其中 良性淋巴结１７例、转移癌４３例和淋巴瘤３例。２例（３．１％）高度怀疑淋巴瘤。５例ＣＮＢ诊断或疑诊淋巴瘤患者，均行手术切除，最后诊断非霍杰金淋巴瘤４例，低分化癌１例。结论 超声引导淋巴结ＣＮＢ是一项准确、安全和创伤小的方法，但对淋巴瘤诊断尚需积累经验，必要时手术活检。

The clinical application of ultrasound-guided core-needle biopsy in the diagnosis of superficial lymphadenopathy

Objective To study the clinical applied value of ultrasound-guided core-needle biopsy(CNB)in the diagnosis of superficial lymphadenopathy. Methods The 65 patients were subjected to ultrasound-guided superficial lymph node CNB. Results The histologic diagnoses were conclusive in 63 patients(96.9%),the lymph node enlargement was due to benign causes in 17 patients,metastases in 43 patients and lymphoma in 3 patients.Two patients were suspicious of lymphoma.Excision of the lymph nodes was performed in 5 patients who were diagnosed and suspicious of lymphoma by CNB,the final histologic diagnoses was non-Hodgkin′s diseases in 4 patients and low differential metastases in 1 patient. Conclusion Ultrasound-guided superficial lymph node CNB is a accurate ,safe and minimally invasive method,but needing accumulation of experience for diagnosing lymphoma,and performing excision of lymph node for inconclusie patients if necessary.
