摘    要:目的:应用多指标的正交实验设计合并线性回归分析,探讨芍药甘草汤的配比关系.方法:采用正交设计法探讨芍药甘草汤的不同配伍比对小鼠正常和亢进状态的肠推进的影响,以及对正常和亢进状态下的离体兔肠的影响.用线性回归分析方法建立测评指标与考察因素间的数学模型.结果:通过直观分析、方差分析和回归分析得出,芍药甘草汤的最佳配伍是A3B3,两药之间具有协同作用.结论:采用回归分析方法对多指标的正交实验结果进行分析,可建立复方配比关系的数学模型,并对其他配比关系作出客观的预测.

Abstract:Objective: To ascertain the optimal optimal combination of Shaoyaogancao decoction(SGD) by orthogonal design and linear regression. Method: According to the L_9(34) orthogonal array, which permits to arrange 9 combinations, 3 levers for each herb, we observed the effect of 9 combination of SGD on the normal and hyperactive state of intestine motility, the normal and hyperactive state of isolated intestine in vitro. At last, we erected the mathematical model between the response parameters and factors by linear regression. Result: Through analyzing the data of orthogonal tests with alterable levels and the multiple response parameters by analysis of variance, analysis of correlation and linear regression, we found that the optimal dose was A3B3 and there was synergetic effect between two herbs. Conclusion: Through the analysis of experiment results, we could establish the mathematical model between the response parameters and factors, and explain the combination principle of traditional Chinese medicine.
