摘    要:采用一阶导数紫外分光光度法进行茶碱血药浓度测定,此法灵敏度高,专一性强,线性良好(r=0.9999,回收率较高,变异性小(RSD<5%)。用于临床茶碱血药浓度监测,方法简便准确,并收到满意效果。

Abstract:The theophylline concentration by a first order derivative UV-spectrophotometry in human serum was determined. The method had advantage of higher sensitivity, stronger specificity, and better linearity (r=0.999 9). The rate of recovery was higher (total CV<5%), the variability was less. This is a better examining method for clinical theophylline serum concentration monitoring, and being simple and presise.
