| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨超声引导微创经皮肾穿刺取石术(MPCNL)治疗上尿路结石的临床疗效。方法:回顾性总结分析98例次(86例患者)MPCNL手术治疗上尿路结石的相关资料。结果:手术时间(89.2±17.1)min,术中出血量(48.9±10.6)ml,1次肾穿刺成功86例次(87.76%),其余12例次(12.24%)患肾于术后1周行第2次穿刺成功,未出现严重并发症。结论:MPCNL治疗肾结石疗效确切,安全性好。

| Abstract: | Objective： To analyze the clinical effect of minimaliy invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy lithotomy （MPCNL）for upper renal calculi guided by ultrasound.Methods ： The clinical data of 98 cases （86 patients） with upper renal calculi treated with MPCNL were analyzed retrospectively.Results ：The operation time was （89.2± 17.1 ） inutes, the intraoperative blood loss was （48.9 ± 10.6）ml.86 cases （87.76%） were complete stone clear in a time,22 cases （12.24 % ） were complete stone clear in two times in the second week after the first operation.Conclusion：The MPCNL treatment of renal calculi is effective and safe. |
