摘    要:应用化学发光酶免疫分析法对妇科肿瘤组织雌激素受体进行定量测定,摸索了该法作为一种新的超微量检测技术的最佳反应条件,这些条件包括温度、时间及鲁米诺(luminol)浓度。34例标本经检测,结果在10.9~306.5fmol/mg之间。用本方法定量检测妇科肿瘤组织雌激素受体具有重要意义。

Abstract:Chemiluminescent enzyme immunoassay(CLEIA)is a new supermicro quantitative technique which combines chemiluminescence with enzyme immunoassay. CLEIA is used for the quantitation of ER in gynecological oncological tissues. A lot of research has been done to determine the optimal conditions for reaction which consist of concentration of luminol, temperature and time;The results of ER in 34 specimens can be calculated through the value of individual luminosity by CLEIA and standard curve,the range of specimens is from 10.9 to 306.5 fmol/mg.CLEIA is of great significance in the quantitative determination of estrogen receptor in gynecological oncological tissues.
