地诺前列酮与催产素用于低宫颈评分引产效果比较

目的比较地诺前列酮与催产素用于妊娠晚期低宫颈评分者促宫颈成熟和引产效果。方法选取70例宫颈Bishop评分〈4的初产妇，随机分为2组，分别予以地诺前列酮和催产素引产，比较用药后宫颈评分变化、临产时间、分娩方式、产程、新生儿情况及并发症。结果用药后地诺前列酮组宫颈评分高于催产素组，差异有显著性；地诺前列酮组临产时间、产程短于催产素组，差异有显著性；剖宫产率、产后出血、羊水粪染、新生儿Apgar评分，2组未见显著差异。结论地诺前列酮用于妊娠晚期促宫颈成熟和引产安全、有效，某些方面优于催产素。

The infection of induced abortion of Dinoprostone in patients with low Bishop score compared with Oxytocin

Objective To compare the effect of Dinoprostone vaginal insert with that of Oxytocin on the patients with low Bishop score at term. Methods 70 parturients with Bishop score of 0--4 were randomly separated into two groups, by the administration of Dinoprostone vaginal insert and Oxytocin, respectively. Results Compared with the patients in the Oxytocin group, the patients in the Dinopros- tone vaginal insert group has a higher Bishop score and experienced a shorter induction- to- delivery time. The incidence of cesarean sections, postpartum hemorrhage, amniotic fluid and newborn Apgar score were comparable between the two groups. Conclusions Dinoprostone vaginal insert is safe and efficient in promoting cervical priming and labor induction in low--Bishop--score patients at term.
