肾细胞癌COX-2 及MMP-2 的免疫组化研究

 目的 探讨COX-2在肾癌组织中的表达及其与肿瘤侵袭转移的关系。方法 采用SP法检测45例肾细胞癌中COX-2和MMP-2的表达情况。结果 COX-2主要为癌组织的表达，而在癌旁正常组织中无表达或弱表达，COX-2高表达与肿瘤分级、分期和分型有统计学差异(P<0．01)；MMP-2在正常肾组织均为阴性，肾癌组织中的表达与肿瘤的分级及分型有统计学差异(P<0．01)，而与分期则无统计学差异(P>0．05)；COX-2与MMP-2阳性表达率无统计学差异(P=1．000)，且两者的吻合度较强(κ=0．867)。结论 肾癌中COX-2的高表达与肾癌的分级、分期、分型及肿瘤侵袭转移有关，提示COX-2选择性抑制剂是防治肾癌的可行途径之一。

Immunohistochemical Study of COX-2 and MMP-2 in Human Renal Cell Carcinoma

Objective To study the expression of COX-2 in human renal cell carcinoma(hRCC) and its relation to invasion and metastasis of RCC.Methods The expression of COX-2 and MMP-2 in primary RCCs specimens were detected by immunohistochemical technique.Results There was no or weak expression in non-carcinomatous speciments of renal. Overexpression of COX-2 in renal cell carcinomas was related to its pathologic grading, clinical staging and histological type( P < 0.01 ); The expression of MMP-2 in normal renal tissue was negative. The expression of MMP-2 was related to the pathologic grading and histological type( P < 0.01 ),But the expression of MMP-2 was not related to clinical staging( P > 0.05 ) .The correlation was found between COX-2 and MMP-2.Conclusion The overexpression of COX-2 in renal cell carcinoma may play a crucial role in its pathologic grading, clinical staging,histological type,invasion and metastasis in renal cell carcinoma,indicating that COX-2 may provide a target for chemotherapy strategy for renal cell carcinoma.
