宫颈柱状上皮异位患者局部衣原体与支原体检测结果分析

目的宫颈柱状上皮异位沙眼衣原体（CT）和解脲支原体（UU）的感染相关情况分析。方法对220例宫颈柱状上皮异位患者在宫颈炎表面及宫颈管两处分别取样做CT与UU检测。结果不同程度的宫颈炎其CT与UU的感染率不同，重度高于中度，中度高于轻度，经统计学处理差异有统计学意义；宫颈炎表面与宫颈管局部CT与UU单纯感染检测阳性率经统计学处理差异有统计学意义。结论CT与UU二种病原体感染与宫颈炎程度有关，在宫颈管取样检测更能提高此类感染的诊断率。

Observation of Chlamgdia Trachomatis and Urealyticum in Cervical Colunmar Ectopy Patients

Objective To observe the cervical columnar ectopy of Ch.lamydia trachomatis （CT）reconciliation urealyticum（UU）infection. Method 220 cases of cervical columnar ectopy patients with cervical surface and the cervical canal two samples were done with CT detection UU. Results The different levels of the cervical CT and UU infection, severe than moderate, moderately higher than mild, which have statistically significant; cervicitis with the surface and cervical canal with the local CT alone UU positive rate of detection of infection by the statistical analysis is statistically significant. Conclusion CT and UU two pathogen infection is related with the extent of cervical, cervical sample tubes can increase the detection of such infection rate of diagnosis.
