| 摘 要： | 目的对连翘及其混淆品金钟花进行生药学鉴别。方法采用性状鉴别、显微鉴别、紫外光谱鉴别等方法加以区别。结果连翘与金钟花在性状特征、显微结构、紫外光谱特征等方面均存在着一定的差异。结论连翘与金钟花可通过性状特征、显微结构、紫外光谱特征等方面加以鉴别，指导正确用药。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To supply basis for the establishment of quality standard of Fructus Forsythiae. METHODS Characters of crude drugs, microscopic characteristic and UV spectrum of the extract were studied.RESULTS Fructus Forsythiae could be identified in the UV spectrum of 281nm wavelength. CONCLUSION The results can be employed as the basis for identifying the herb. |
