| 摘 要： | 目的探讨颈段髓内实质性血管母细胞瘤的临床特点和显微手术技巧。方法对我院2005年1月-2009年4月8例颈段髓内实质性血管母细胞瘤施行显微手术治疗,分析患者的临床特征、影像学表现、诊断、肿瘤切除情况以及术前术后神经功能改变进行评估分析。结果 8例肿瘤全切除。术后临床神经功能改善6例,保留术前神经功能1例,术后神经功能加重1例;术后无死亡病例及手术致残者。结论熟悉颈段髓内实质性血管母细胞瘤的临床特点、影像学特征,有助于明确诊断,采取正确的手术策略和熟练的显微技巧提高手术后疗效。
