电极片穴位电刺激对缺氧缺血性脑病患儿运动功能和智力发育的影响

摘    要:目的:观察穴位电刺激对新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)恢复期的临床治疗效果并初步探讨其作用机制。方法:104例符合入选标准的HIE患儿根据家长是否愿意接受电刺激治疗分为两组:观察组80例(电极片穴位电刺激加综合干预治疗)和对照组24例(综合干预治疗),连续治疗3~4个月,纠正胎龄1周岁时测量身长、体重、头围并进行精细运动功能量表评估及儿心量表测定。结果:身长、体重、头围比较,观察组高于对照组,但差异无显著性(t分别为1.877、1.739、1.189,P>0.05);观察组疗效(总有效率96.3%)好于对照组(91.7%,χ2=0.06,P>0.05);观察组精细运动功能量表(FMFM)评分结果及发育商(DQ)均较对照组高(t分别为2.367、2.386,P<0.05)。结论:电极片穴位电刺激操作简单、安全、有效,是非药物治疗HIE恢复期好方法之一。

Effect of electric acupoint stimulation intervention on motor function and intelligence development of hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy
Abstract:Objective:To study the effect of electric acupoint stimulation intervention on motor function and intelligence development of neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy(HIE),and explore its mechanism.Methods:104 cases of HIE were divided into two groups:class I(electric stimulation intervention group,80 case)and class II(non electric stimulation intervention group,24 case),treated for 3-4 months.When the gestational age was one,length,weight and head circumference were measured and fine motor function measure(FMFM)and child heart scale determination were done.Results:Physical development of the class I was better than that of the class II,but there were no significant differences(t were 1.877,1.739,1.189,respectively;P>0.05);The effective rate of the class I(the total efficiency was 96.3%)was better than that of the class II(91.7%,χ2=0.06,P>0.05).Development quotient(DQ)and FMFM of the class I was higher than that of the class II(twere 2.367 and 2.386,respectively;P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of electric acupoint stimulation intervention methods could improve the prognosis of HIE.It is one of the important means of effective early clinical rehabilitation of HIE.
