Her-2和Ki-67在结肠癌中的表达及其意义

目的探讨Her-2和Ki-67在结肠癌组织中的表达及其意义。方法采用免疫组织化学法,检测Her-2蛋白和Ki-67蛋白在结肠癌组织中的表达率。结果结肠癌Her-2和Ki-67蛋白阳性表达率分别为54.3%和74.8%。Her-2与肿瘤分化程度显著相关(P<0.05);Ki-67蛋白阳性表达与肿瘤分化程度、浸润深度和淋巴结转移显著相关(P<0.05);结肠癌中Her-2蛋白和Ki-67蛋白的表达无显著关系(P>0.05)。结论Her-2在结肠癌发生发展过程中具有重要作用;结肠癌中Ki-67表达的上调与其浸润转移密切相关,联合检测Her-2和Ki-67在结肠癌组织中的表达,对指导临床治疗以及估计预后有重要的临床应用价值。

Expression of Her-2 and Ki-67 and its Significance in Colon Cancer

Objective To study the expression of Her-2 and Ki-67 in colon cancer tissue and their relationship.Methods Using immunohistochemical method,Her-2 and Ki-67 expression was detected in colon carcinoma. Results The positive rates of Her-2 and Ki-67 were 54.3% and 74.8%. Her-2 was closely correlated to differentiation degree(P<0.05). Ki-67 was closely correlated to differentiation degree,invasive degree and lymph node metastasis (P<0.05);There was no significant correlation between Her-2 and Ki-67 protein expression (P>0.05).Conclusion Her-2 play important roles in the carcinogenesis of colon carcinoma. Up regulation of Ki-67 is closely correlated with invasion and metastasis of colon cancer. Detection of Her-2 and Ki-67 expression in the colon cancer is useful to guide the decision of operation and appraisal of its prognosis.
