金属烤瓷冠瓷边缘技术的临床研究

目的　探索一种优于传统金属烤瓷冠边缘的修复体边缘。解决传统金属烤瓷冠易出现颈部黑线的颈缘问题。方法　使用瓷边缘代替传统的烤瓷边缘制作修复体87例。临床牙体制备边缘瓷肩台,在模型上使用专用液直接提起法制作带有瓷边缘的修复体。结果　患者对修复体的美观非常满意,患者牙龈未呈现黑色浸润状及其他明显异常。结论　金属烤瓷冠的瓷边缘技术是一种较为理想的前牙修复技术。

Clinical Study Margin Technique of Metal Ceramic Tooth

Objective To discuss the repair body margin technique that is better than classical technique to solve the tooth neck black. Methods 87 cases were treated with ceramic margin instead of classical methods. Results The patient was satisfied with the beauty of repaired tooth and their gum had no black infiltrated and other abnormality. Conclusion The metal ceramic margin technique might be ideal tooth repair technique.
