织金县吸毒人群HIV发病率回顾性队列研究

目的评估贵州省织金县吸毒人群艾滋病病毒(HIV)发病率趋势。方法收集织金县吸毒人群既往HIV调查和哨点监测资料,建立回顾性队列。采用两种不同方法测算HIV发病率。结果1999年9月～2004年2月吸毒人群HIV累计发病率为88/百人年,2001年12月～2002年6月达到顶峰135/百人年,以后各时间段呈下降趋势。目前,吸毒人群的HIV发病率为58/百人年。戒毒所吸毒人群HIV感染率2001年1月为20%,2001年11月迅速上升至180%。2002～2003年HIV感染率比较稳定。结论织金县吸毒人群HIV感染率近期维持在稳定水平,但HIV发病率仍然很高,>5/百人年。因此对吸毒人群仍要加强艾滋病的预防干预。

A retrospective cohort study on HIV incidence among drug users in Zhijin County of Guizhou Province

objective To measure the trend in HIV incidence among drug users in Zhijin County,Guizhou.Methods A retrospective cohort was set up using data of epidemiological surveys and sentinel surveillance for Drug users(DUs) in Zhijin County.Two methods were used to measure HIV incidence.Results The accumulative HIV incidence in DUs is 8.8/100 persen-year (PY) from September 1999 to March 2004.HIV incidence reached the peak of 13.5/100 PY from December,2001 to June.2002,and then tended to decrease in the later periods.Currently,HIV incidence among DUs is 5.8/100 (PY).HIV prevalence among drug users in drug detoxification centers increased rapidly from 2.0% in January,2000 to 18.0% in November 2001 and remained stable from 2002 to 2003.Conclusion Prevention efforts must continue for drug users,since HIV incidence remains high at more than 5 per 100 PY.Now stable HIV prevalence can mask substantial incidence in DUs.
