| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨胃超声造影对胃食管反流的诊断价值.方法 对50例健康志愿者(对照组)及110例胃食管反流病患者(GERD组)行胃超声造影并对比分析,探讨胃食管反流的超声征象.结果 超声造影成功率为98.8%.对照组48例(96.0%)受检者反流次数小于2次,49例(98.0%)受检者反流时间在2 s以内;GERD组96例(87.3%)患者反流次数大于3次,105例(95.5%)患者反流时间大于3 s.结论 胃超声造影对胃食管反流诊断准确率高,可作为检查胃食管反流的手段. |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the value of contrast-enhanced ultrasound（CEUS） in diagnosis of gastroesophageal reflux disease. Methods CEU＇S was performed on 50 healthy volunteers （control group） and 110 patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease （GERD group） , and the ultrasonic characteristics of gastroesophageal reflux was explored. Results The success rate of CEUS was 98.8% , The reflux times in control group were less than 2 times（48 cases, 96.0% ）, the reflux time was less than 2 s （49 cases,87.3% ）. The reflux times in GERD group were more than 3 times （96 cases, 87.3% ）, the reflux time was mor~ 3 s（ 105 cases, 95.5% ）. Conclusion CEUS has high accurate rate in diagnosis of gastresophageal reflux, it can be used as a screening tool. |
