异丙酚联合米索前列醇用于无痛人工流产的临床观察

摘    要:目的:观察异丙酚联合米索前列醇阴道给药在无痛人工流产术中的作用。方法:将120例早孕未产妇女随机分为实验组与对照组各60例,对照组由专业麻醉师静脉推注异丙酚,按2~3mg/kg给药诱导麻醉,孕妇意识消失后即开始手术,术中根据情况维持麻醉。同时观察麻醉效果、宫颈扩张、出血量、子宫收缩幅度及人工流产综合征发生情况。实验组术前2h阴道给米索前列醇400μg,其余操作同对照组。结果:两组麻醉效果100%有效,无一例发生人工流产综合征。而宫颈扩张、子宫收缩幅度、阴道出血量与对照组相比有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论:异丙酚联合米索前列醇阴道给药,镇痛效果良好,同时宫颈易扩张,阴道出血量少,能降低人工流产并发症发生。

Abstract:Objective: To observe the effects of propofol combining Misoprostol for Painless Artificial Abortion. Methods: 120 early pregnant women were randomly divided into two groups. Control group were given intravenous injection anesthesia of propofol with 2- 3mg/kg by professional anesthe-tist. The pregnant women were operated artificial abortion when they were unconsciousness. The effects of anesthesia, the effects of cervix relaxation, uterotonic degree, bleeding and abortion syndrome were observed. Experiment group received Mi-soprostol 400mg through vaginal two hours before abortion. Results: The rate of anesthesia was 100% in both groups. No arti-ficial abortion syndrome occurred. There was significant difference between effects of cervix relaxation, uterotonic degree, bleeding in experiment group and ones in control group (P < 0. 01). Conclusion: Propofol plus Misoprostol through vaginal is useful for repressing pain, cervix relaxation, less amount of bleeding and avoiding abortion syndrome.
