血管性帕金森综合征与原发性帕金森的临床表现与MRI的探讨

目的 探讨血管性帕金森综合征（VPS）与原发性帕金森（PD）的临床表现与MRI的区别。方法 对19例VPS和15例PD进行临床特征与MRI表现的综合分析及统计学处理。结果 VPS以四肢强直－行走困难为主（89．5％），MRI表现为不同程度的脑血管病改变，包括基底节区梗死或腔隙性脑梗死（100％），PD以一侧或双侧肢体震颤为主（93．3％），MRI有部分表现为脑萎缩（40％）或苍白球钙化（33．3％）。结论 VPS的临床表现与MRI改变不同于PD，治疗也不尽相同。

The investigation of clinical characteristics and MRI of vascular Parkinsonism and Parkinson's disease

Objective To investigate the differentiation of clinical characteristics and MRI of vascular parkinsonism(VPS) and Parkinson's disease(PD).Methods Nineteen patients with VPS and fifteen patients with PD were analyzed synthetically in characteristics and MRI.Results The most important feature of VPS was rigidity and walking handicap(89.5%).MRI showed the changes of cerebrovascular disease to different degree,including basal ganglion infarction and lacunar infarction(100%).The characteristics of PD was tremor of unilateral limbs or bilateral limbs and MRI showed encephalatrophy(40%) or globus pallidus calcification(33.3%).Conclusion The clinical characteristics,the alteration of MRI and treatment of VPS are different from those of PD.
