| 摘 要： | 目的探讨pH值改变对足月新生儿颅内出血的影响。方法随机检测我院60例颅内出血足月新生儿CT及血气分析;根据有无pH值改变分为观察组和对照组;数据用SPSS 12.0统计分析软件分析。结果60例足月新生儿颅内出血者36例有pH值改变。pH值改变与颅内出血及出血的程度相关,两组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论pH值改变与足月新生儿颅内出血密切相关。早期维持pH值在正常范围,可降低足月新生儿颅内出血的发病率。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the influence of pH value change on intracranial hemorrhage(ICH) in full-term newborn.Methods The computerized tomography and blood gas analysis were performed in 60 full-term infants with intracranial hemorrhage.Sixty patients were divided into observation group and control group.The data was analyzed with SPSS software package.Results Thirty six in all 60 cases with intracranial hemorrhage were with the change of pH value.The change of pH value was closely related to the intracranial hemorrhage and amount.There was significantly difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusions The change of pH value was closely related to the intracranial hemorrhage in full-term newborn.The control of pH value can reduce the rate of neonatal intracranial hemorrhage in the early stage. |
