大学生参与高校管理模式的初步研究

国内外经验实践证明,推行学生参与学校管理制度,有利于学校的管理体制建设,同时也是推进学校改革和发展的必然要求。建立和完善这项制度,需要从学校管理共同目标的设定、权限分配、权力制衡、激励制度、管理成效的评估几个方面着手,使管理制度化、规范化,同时充分激发学生的能动性,使管理民主化、实现最优管理效果。

Pilot study about college students participating university management

Both experience and practice at home and abroad have proved that carrying out the system, in which college students are able to participate the school management, not only benefits the construction of the management system, but also is the very need of the reform and development. The means to consummate this system should include the target enactment, the lower balance and the effect evaluation to make the management more standard. In addition, the system should be able to inspire the potential of students to achieve the best effect.
