罗汉果甜苷提取工艺的研究

摘    要:目的建立适合工业化生产的罗汉果甜苷提取工艺。方法用ZTC1 1澄清剂除去罗汉果水提液中的杂质,以D101大孔吸附树脂分离罗汉果甜苷,D301R弱碱性离子交换树脂脱色。结果ZTC1 1澄清剂是一种很好的澄清剂,D301R弱碱性树脂具有很好的脱色能力,D101大孔吸附树脂能有效地分离罗汉果甜苷。结论生产工艺简单易行,产品收率高,质量好,适合大工业生产。

Abstract:Objective To explore the extract process of mogroside applied to manufacture.Methods Dross were purged from Luohanguo extract with water by ZTC1 1 clarifier,mogroside were isolated by D101 maeroporous resin,decoloured on a D301R weak alkaline ion exchange resin.Results ZTC1 1 clarifier was a good claritier.D301R weak alkaline ion exchange resin had good capability of decolouration.D101 macroporous resin could separate mogroside from solution effectively.Conclusion The ex- traction process can be applied to manufacture with the features of simple technology ,high product and good quality.
