| 摘 要： | 目的:观察选择性插管经胃左动脉灌注化疗药物治疗晚期贲门癌的疗效。方法:对37例晚期贲门癌患者进行胃左动脉内插管灌注化疗药物。结果:本组37例病人,多数患者的临床症状如吞咽困难、上腹疼痛、厌食等得到缓解。结论:选择性胃左动脉内灌注化疗药对治疗晚期贲门癌的疗效确切,可在晚期贲门癌的综合治疗中选用。

| Abstract: | Objective Observe the therapeutic value of transcatheter chemoinfusion of leftgastric artery in the treatment of late cardial carcinoma.Methods Transcat heter chemoinfusion of left gastric artery was successfully performed in 37 cases with late cardial carcinoma.Results The clinical symptoms e.g.dysphagia、upper abdominal pain and anorexia etc.of most patientswere alleviated.Conclusion Chemoinfusion of selectivity left gastric artery os valuable for treating late cardial carcinoma and can be used in synthetical treating of late cardial carcinoma. |
