解脲支原体、沙眼衣原体感染对精子形态的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨解脲支原体、沙眼衣原体感染对精子形态的可能影响。方法:554例男性不育患者分为支原体检测(248例)和衣原体检测(306例)两组进行分析,已生育的健康男性(201例)为对照。采用精子形态检测系统下人工修正方法进行精子形态分析。支原体和衣原体检测分别采用培养法和生化酶法。结果:解脲支原体阳性率为45·9%,沙眼衣原体阳性率为42·3%,两阳性组中正常形态精子百分率均低于生育组(P<0·01)。支原体阳性组双头精子与其它畸形精子百分率显著高于生育组(P<0·05),正常形态精子百分率低于阴性组(P<0·05),而锥形头精子、空泡样头精子、尾部缺陷精子和其它畸形精子百分率均高于阴性组(P<0·05,P<0·05)。衣原体阳性组正常形态精子百分率低于阴性组(P<0·05),而空泡样头精子百分率高于阴性组(P<0·05)。结论:解脲支原体和沙眼衣原体感染均可能导致精子形态的异常。

Abstract:Objective: To study the effects of U. urealyticum and C. trachomatis on sperm morphology. Methods: Sperm samples were obtained from 554 male patients suffered from infertility. 201 healthy fertile men were selected as control group. The sperm morphology analysis was performed by . semiautomated sperm morphology analyzer. The culture method and enzyme method were used to analyze U. urealyticumand and C. trachomatis, respectively. They were measured by corresponding reagent box. Results: The positive rate of U. urealyticum and C. trachomatis were 45.9% in 248 patients and 42.3% in 306 patients, respectively. The percentage of morphologically normal sperm of U. urealyticum and C. trachomatis positive group were significantly lower than that of fertile group(P<0.01). The percentage of morphologically normal sperm of U. urealyticum positive group was significantly decreased in comparison with U. urealyticum negative group(P<0.05). C. trachomatis group was the same as U. urealyticum group. Conclusion:U. urealyticum and C. trachomatis infections can lead to sperm morphology be abnormal.
