孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗儿童感染后咳嗽临床观察

目的：观察孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德雾化吸入对儿童感染后咳嗽的治疗效果。方法选择156例感染后咳嗽患儿，随机分为A、B、C3组，A组给予孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗，B组仅给予布地奈德雾化吸入治疗，C组为对照组不给予任何治疗。对比观察3组的治疗效果及不良反应。结果且A组的治疗总有效率为90.63%，显著高于B组的67.31%，2组均无严重不良反应。C组未采取对症治疗10 d后仅40.00%患儿症状缓解，远低于A、B2组。结论孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德雾化吸入能有效改善儿童感染后咳嗽症状，不良反应发生率低，可安全有效的应用于临床。

Clinical observation of montelukast combined with budesonide atomization inhalation for the treatment of ;pediatric post-infectious cough

Objective To investigate the curative effect of montelukast combind with budesonide atomization inha-lation on pediatric postinfectious cough. Methods A total of 156 patients suffered from postinfectious cough were ran-domly divided into group A, B and C. Group A were treated with montelukast combined with budesonide atomization inha-lation, while group B were treated with only budesonide atomization inhalation, and group C received no treatment. The effective rates and side effects were compared. Results Part of group C recovered spontaneously, but both group A and B had more significantly improvement than group C, and the efficacy of group A was better than group B. Neither group had sever side effects. Conclusion Montelukast combind with budesonide atomization inhalation can significantly improve the symptoms of pediatric postinfectious cough and the side effects are trivial, which can be applied in clinic safely and ef-fectively.
