厄贝沙坦对慢性高原病大鼠肺组织损伤的改善作用

摘    要:目的:研究厄贝沙坦对慢性高原病大鼠肺组织损伤的改善作用。方法测定平原对照组(CG)、模型组(MG)、阳性对照组(NE)、厄贝沙坦低剂量组(I.L)、厄贝沙坦中剂量组(I.M)及厄贝沙坦高剂量组(I.H)的肺动脉压、血清学指标(NO、ET-1)、肺组织匀浆中MDA含量、SOD与GSH-Px活性以及观察肺组织病理切片的改变。结果厄贝沙坦可使高原模型组大鼠肺组织匀浆中MDA含量下降并使SOD与GSH-Px活性有所提高;以及使高原模型组大鼠血清中NO含量升高及ET-1含量下降。各组中以厄贝沙坦高剂量效果较优。结论厄贝沙坦可改善大鼠处于慢性低压缺氧下导致的肺组织损伤。

Abstract:Objective To study the improving effect of irbesartan(anti-hypertensive drug)on lung tissue damage caused by chronic mountain sickness in rats. Methods The pulmonary artery pressure,serum markers(NO, ET-1), MDA content, SOD and GSH-Px activity in lung tissue homogenates, pathological changes in the lung tissue of the control group(CG), the model group(MG), positive control group(NE), irbesartan low-dose group(I.L), irbesartan moderate-dose group(I.M)and irbesartan high-dose group(I.H)were determined and observed. Results Irbesartan could de-crease the MDA content, increase SOD and GSH-Px activity in lung tissue homogenates of the model group;and increase serum levels of NO and decrease ET-1 in the model group. Compare with others groups, Irbesartan high-dose group had the best effect. Conclusion Irbesartan can improve lung injury caused by chronic mountain sickness in rats.
