甲型HIN1流感医院感染的预防与控制对策

目的及时发现甲型H1N1流感感染患者，预防其传播，防止二代感染病例发生。方法①制定并落实了甲型H1N1流感感染分诊预检流程、收治流程、上报流程、医院感染防控应急预案。②建章立制，进行物资储备、人员储备、知识储备。③现场督导，以保证制度措施落实。④做好关口筛查，防止遗漏甲型H1N1流感感染患者。⑤对确诊患者进行及时有效处理，防止疫情的传播和蔓延。结果筛查出我国首例甲型H1N1流感患者；共接诊呼吸道发热患者1120例，留观排查疑似甲型H1N1流感患者34例，确诊病例2例，无一例二代甲型H1N1流感感染发生。结论甲型HIN1流感是可防可控可治的，只要提高医务人员防控意识和应对能力，在防控中落实相关制度措施，就能减缓疫情的传播，杜绝医院感染发生。

Prevention and control countermeasure of the hospital infection of influenza H1N1 A

Objective To find out the infective patients of influenza H1N1 A, prevent it transmission and producing the second generation infection cases. Methods Found and ensure all kinds processes of the infection by influenza H1N1 A. Making regulations to reserve the materials, staff and knowledge. Supervision in site to ensure the systems and measures implementing. Making sure screening on the gates to prevent omitting the infective patients of influenza H1N1 A. Treating the diagnosed patients in time to prevent the epidemic situation from transmission. Results From May 9 to June 16 in 2009, we had screened the first patient infected by influenza H1N1 A, accepted 1120 cases of respiratory fever and observed 34 suspected patients of influenza H1N1 A including 2 diagnosed cases. There was no the second generation infection cases happened. Conclusion The influenza H1N1 A can be prevented, controlled and treated. The hospital infection can be put an end by improving the controlling consciousness and coping ability of medical staff, making sure the related systems and measures and slowing clown the transmission of the epidemic situation.
