马鞍山市铜绿假单胞菌血清学分型分析

目的：了解马鞍山市铜绿假单胞菌血清型分布，方法；采集不同区域，不同人群的各类标本共２１５３份，按常规进行分离鉴定，并将分离出的３６０株铜绿假单胞菌使用全部２０个系列诊断血清进行血清型分型。结果：３６０株铜绿假单胞菌的总分型率为９８．３３％（３５４／３６０），除地面水６株型待定外，其它均可分型，而且从各类标本中检出的铜绿假单胞菌均以６，１１，１，２，１９，４型常见，结论：外环境地面水，医院环境，分别

Serological typing pseudomonas aeruginosa in Maanshan city

Objective:To evaluate the distribution of serological types of pseudomonas aeruginosa(PA) of in Maanshan city.Methods:2 153 specimens were collected in different area and from different groups of people 360 strains of PA have been isolated and tested with 20 standard diagnostic serum for their serological types.Results:Serotypes of 98.33%(354/360) of the isolated strains have been determined except 6 strains from ground water.The types commonly seen were type 6,11,1,2,19,4.Conclusions:The ground water in external environment and hospital environment are the main factors causing infections among people and nosocomial infection among inpatients.
