医学院大学生心理健康教育研究

摘    要:目的:探索大学生心理健康教育的有效方式和方法。方法:以190名一年级新生为实验组,另设一个100人的对照组。实验组从课堂教学、团体辅导和个别咨询3个层面,开展为时一学期的心理健康教育。结果:教育前,实验组与对照组SCL-90得分无显性差异;教育后,实验组得分发生较大变化,除躯体化和精神病性2项之外,其他各项得分都显低于对照组。结论:心理健康教育使实验组大学生的心理健康水平显提高。

Abstract:Objective To study effective measures of mental health education for college students.Methods 190 and 100 freshmen were selected for a experimental group and a control group.The experimental group was educated on mental health for one semester through classroom teaching,group counseling and individual counseling.Results Compared with the control group,there were insignificant differences in sorces of SCL-90 before the education.After the education,the experimental group had significantly lower scores than the control group except somatization and psychotism.Conclusion Mental health education can raise mental health level of college students.
