经单鼻孔蝶窦入路显微手术切除垂体腺瘤22例

目的　探讨经单鼻孔蝶窦入路显微手术切除垂体腺瘤手术适应证、技巧和临床疗效。方法　总结分析2 2例经单鼻孔蝶窦入路显微手术治疗垂体腺瘤的临床资料。结果　全切14例,大部分切除5例,部分切除3例,无颅内感染、死亡,随访2～2 8个月,复发2例。结论　经单鼻孔蝶窦入路显微手术切除垂体腺瘤是一种安全、有效的方法。

An approach to endonasal transphenoidal microsurgery for pituitary adenomas: A report of 22 cases

Objective To explore the operative indication, technique and curative effect of microsurgery for treating pituitary adenomas by endonasal transphenoidal approach. Methods The data of 22 cases of patients with pituitary adenomas undergone endonasal transphenoidal therapy were collected for retrospective study. Results 14 out of the 22 patients received total removal of the tumors,5 cases were undertaken subtotally and 3 partially. The surgery resulted in no intracranial infection and death. All cases were followed-up from 2 months to 28 months and only 2 cases relapse occurred. Conclusion Endonasal transphenoidal approach is a sound and safe microsurgery for treating pituitary adenomas effectively.
